Converge Voice of the Employee makes use of all data sources to create an accurate picture of employee sentiment within the organization. These data sources are usually thought of as occurring within three general classifications: Employee Survey Data, Text Data and Data available through the web.
1. Converge VoE Survey/Focus Group
Most organizations start their VoE programs with Converge VoE Survey because most have experience with customer survey research, so starting here is familiar ground. Converge VoE Survey uses full range of data collection media – everything from paper to web-based surveys and including telephone-based data gathering. This is all managed through our secure data gathering network, SurveyNet, that supports global data gathering capabilities.
More importantly, Converge VoE Survey is an analytic research methodology. Statistical significance is replaced with real world, economic significance and quantitative and qualitative data are analyzed to produce a rich understanding of customer behavior.
2. Converge VoE Data Base
Converge VoE Data Base product is used in conjunction with Converge VoE Survey to provide analysis of qualitative (text-based) data. But that is just the start of its capabilities. Advanced text recognition and semantic interpretation allow Converge VoE Integrated Text Analysis to read any text information in electronic format, from call center data to notes and files provided by field personnel and front line staff. If it is in text, we can read it, analyze it and mine it for meaning.
Organizations tend to gather large quantities of data about customers and only a very small portion of this data comes from survey research.
