Converge Consulting Group Inc. is a Canadian based consulting practice specializing in the application of evidenced-based methods to the problems of management. We have been consulting to clients across Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia for more than twenty years.
Since its inception, Converge has supported clients in leading change, improving organizational effectiveness and optimizing operational performance. We have achieved recognition for our work in these areas. Our approach to Voice of the Customer (VoC) / Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in the public sector, was cited as a Global Best Practice by the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management in 2004. Converge is also listed by Industry Canada as a Lean and Six Sigma specialist consulting resource to high performance manufacturing ( http://strategis.ic.gc.ca ).
Then, of course,there is our leading approach to developing significant internal capability within organizations in the area of change management. The Practitioner of Change (PoC) extended learning process has become one of the most widely recognized and accepted approaches to building and embedding effective change management capability within organizations. PoC clients range from Shell Oil to Qantas Airlines. At its inception, POC was recognized by the Conference Board of Canada as a Best in Class learning process . . . something that we still achieve recognition for today. It continues to build internal capability within organizations.
Working With You
Converge works with you as a partner in change. We work to engage your organization with the task of delivering productive change and making it stick. Three things you will notice when working with us.
First, you won’t be talking to a Senior Partner long on sales ability, short on expertise. You will be talking to someone who has been there and done that.
Second, we will listen. For all our experience we know your business is different and the problems and challenges you face, unique. We want to understand the challenges, so we can give you solid practical advice on how best to move forward.
Third, we build internal capability. We can collect and analyze the data and provide you with reports of outstanding quality. But your people can provide a richness to the interpretation that no outsider can. That’s why we work at building the internal capability for data interpretation within your organization. Your people don’t want to become data analysts and that’s good — that’s what we do. But they do want to know how to make sense of the data, how to interpret results in light of their own experience.
